Job Description/Duties

Have a willingness and desire to learn construction trades

Be able to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and overtime if needed

Be able to pass a drug test also an alcohol test if needed, and to not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while at work…ZERO TOLERANCE

Be able to lift 75 pounds without pain

Must be a team player by displaying a positive attitude towards the company, fellow employees and customers

Attend safety meeting, maintain safe job site practices and the use of safety equipment

Use equipment and tools correctly, safely and maintain equipment/tools in good, clean working condition

Have a general knowledge of concrete construction procedures

Must be able to complete daily walk around checks on equipment

Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Capable of checking and figuring grade, read grade stakes, set up laser and set elevations

Provide Personal Tools as required for Job Tasks

Provide Daily Maintenance of Equipment/Tools

Must be at least 18 years of age
