Development Manager - Dynamics 365 CRM - RemoteThis client is a small-sized Microsoft ISV based in DC that serves clients in the Nonprofit sector, seeking a Software Development Manager to join the team 100% remotely.The Software Development Manager will be responsible for the technical development of the business solutions software built on Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Lead Developer / Manager position, great understanding of D365 CE systems and the Power Platform, a strong technical background in software development, and be enthusiastic to hit the ground running in this critical role.Please note that s / Holders may be considered at this time.Responsibilities:- Oversee the development team and supervise technical projects to ensure successful delivery- Provide system architecture to the product built on D365 CE and the Power Platform- Establish development best practices which uphold the high standards of the organization and keep up with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology- Work hands-on with the development team, create custom code, support implementations- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development team to create and roll-out softwareRequirements:- 5+ years' experience managing a development team- 3+ years' experience with Dynamics CRM / D365 CE and the Power Platform / PowerApps- Technical skills: C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, D365 CE modules- Excellent presentation, documentation, communication, organization, time management skills- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and DevOps is a plus- Microsoft Certifications are a plus Nigel Frank International is the global leader for Microsoft Dynamics and Azure, advertising more Microsoft D365 jobs than any other agency.
