On call Janitor/cleaning for recurring work (Beaumont)

We are in need of several on call janitors and cleaners for the Houston area. This is an on call job with most buildings requiring 1 to 3 hours of work which could take place between the hours of 8am and 5pm with a 24 hour advance notice.

Pay is per job with most jobs paying between $75 and $300 per building.

The ideal candidate must be have reliable transportation and be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. You most have cleaning and janitorial experience but additional training will be offered. The ideal candidate will be reliable and be able to work independently following an action item check list for each building.

We will need several positions filled and this is a great way to earn $1000+ per week for the right candidate.
