HEAT PUMP INSTALLER PART/FULL TIME EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Hinesburg,Vt)

We are looking for a candidate to fill a somewhat unique position. We have a heat pump business that is booming and we are in need of help from someone who is qualified and licensed in the field of refrigeration. The vast majority of our business is installation based, but we are ever increasingly dealing with more service work as well. This is a small family company and we are very thorough and meticulous about what we do. We are looking for someone who may be retired with experience in the field, or someone who does not need to work full time every week. Hours can be very flexible. We are not interested in anyone who is looking to learn the trade at this time. Ultimately, we would like to find someone who can be a self starter, and sent to a service call or small install, and be able to handle it without supervision.
