Senior Network Engineer

Full-time position based in SoCal at an IT service provider with over 30 years in the industry specializing in providing network, security, data center, wireless, cloud, audiovisual, and managed solutions to optimize business outcomes. They are looking for a senior network engineer to place in a client embedded position who will be aiding in the design and implementation of enterprise network infrastructure and advanced support issues. This company plays a dynamic role in the IT service space providing solutions to IT problems in the public and private sectors, working closely with each client to improve efficiency and productivity using their decades of expertise. As a full-time network engineer, you will be working with the client's team to implement and improve their network systems as well as implement the security teams' requirements for Firewalls, Application Load Balancers and other network devices. This is a great opportunity to dive into a new team with specific but dynamic network solution goals in mind. Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years experience in Network Engineering Disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including: NX-OS,IOS
• SolarWinds Experience along with NPM, NCM, NFA, Cisco DNA Center
• Experience with Palo Alto or similar network firewalls
• Experience scripting in PowerShell
• Experience with Kiwisyslog Server & Splunk
• Experience with VMWare
• CCNP

• CISCO Certification
• Ability to integrate into new teams quickly and comfortably
