Experienced, Well-Rounded Carpenter (Maintenance/Remodeling) (Anchorage/Eagle River)

Construction, remodeling, and maintenance company is seeking to hire skilled person(s) that have 5+ years of proven experience in the areas of:

Carpentry

Remodeling

Plumbing/Electrical

Drywall

House and Commercial Maintenance

REQUIREMENTS:

5 plus years of PROVEN experience in maintenance and repair work

Able to lift 70+ lbs

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Basic tools (belt, tape, hammer, pliers, wrench, etc)

Skilled in use of hand and power tools

Be able to work independently while maintaining focus and work efficiently in a team setting

Knowledge of building codes

SPECIFICATIONS:

Full-time/Year round (with probationary period)

M-F mostly 9am-5pm with occasional weekends/OT/emergency call outs

Pay is bi weekly . Bank account for direct deposit required

Pay is $17-$25/hr DOE and proven abilities. Pay could increase after probationary period and knowledge is proven.

Work sites are located in Anchorage/Eagle River. There could be a few exceptions in the valley area.
