Positive Attitude

Alaska Food Workers Card

Reliable Transportation

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers

Be able to explain various menu items.

Take beverage and food orders.

Create tickets using Square Register and/or paper tickets.

Serve food and/or beverages to customers.

Stock service window area with supplies such as utensils, bags, condiments, to-go containers.

Work with other staff members and be a team player to perform other various tasks and food prep to keep the truck tidy, stocked, and running smoothly.

Professional and friendly. (Especially in high paced situations)

Quick thinking.

Basic math skills.

Attention to detail
