Law Office in search of a part-time receptionist, which can eventually become full-time.
Receptionist will answer calls, provide information to prospective clients, call current clients to provide update on matters, schedule appointments, greet clients, assist with copying, mailing, and filing, taking payments, meet with clients to review/sign documents, preparation of documents (correspondence and legal documents), data entry into case management software, light cleaning of office common areas and kitchen, assisting attorney and staff with various task, etc. Some travel may be required.
Bilingual – English/Spanish is a MUST.
Computer Savvy, must know how to operate an Apple Computer and Microsoft Office Programs
Clean, neat professional appearance.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Reliable transportation and insured
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail – this is a MUST.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Oriented
Legal experience not required, but a plus
4-5 days a week, hours will change depending on attorney’s weekly schedule. Either 8:30am – 1:00pm or 12:30pm – 5pm. Most days will be in the afternoon. Hours subject to change.
No applicants that are in law school or with a law degree will be considered. This is strictly a receptionist position, which can evolve into a legal assistant position.
