RESTAURANT CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR NEEDED (MELBOURNE)

Looking to hire immediately.

Immediate availability required for 10-16 week buildout. Weekly compensation commensurate with experience, 1099 position. Must have extensive commercial tenant buildout and restaurant construction experience including Hood Systems, Ansul Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Framing. Must have your own hand tools. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

These are high profile projects in Class A locations and professional appearance and personal hygiene is of the utmost importance. Bilingual ( Spanish and English ) is preferred but not required.
