Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager opportunity with an established local small business in the gaming/amusement industry, located in the New Orleans area. This is a perfect role for motivated, efficient candidates that are seeking a career in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. The Controller will report directly to the President and be hands-on with management to oversee all financial and accounting functions including general ledger maintenance, overseeing AP/AR operations team, financial reporting and planning, cash balancing, inventory accounting, and ensuring that all occupational licenses are obtained and renewed. Will work with all insurance carriers to renew policies and provides HR support while working with outsourced payroll processing companies. Oversees the Administrative Assistant and any future onboarded office staff.

Must have a valid DL, pass a criminal and financial background check, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, proficient in Excel, and Quickbooks.
