Customer Service (Gambrills)

Work with Parts, Service and Rental Customers to maximize sales and profit. Actively work to up sell items and services the customer needs in order to meet sales goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist all customers with parts and accessory purchases

Demonstrated proficient register function for cashiering and completion of sales transactions

Service Write up – ensure proper completion of repair orders including equipment information, owner information, service required and expected completion.

Work with Service Manager to contact customer and schedule work.

Hand Over of Completed Equipment – properly close invoice and explain service to customer

Assist Rental Customers with pick up and drop off.

Understand the features and benefits of apparel products

Make sure the proper apparel products are sold taking into account fit, style and price

Organize the merchandise and appearance of the Parts/Accessories Department

Place and position merchandise within the allocated showroom spaces

Make sure merchandise has correct price labels

Help with periodic store inventories

Help monitor store security

Achieve a high individual and team level of repeat purchasers

Communicate & follow-up with prospects and owners regarding product orders, availability, etc.

Other –

Work together with entire Honda PowerSports of Crofton dealership team to ensure overall sales, profit & CSI

targets are attained.

Skill Requirements –

Computer literate, Excellent Communication skills and highly organized
