We are a small, quality-driven Bend vacation rental company looking to add to our great guest service team. Our success depends on excellent service, happy guests and proactive problem solving. We are looking for a motivated, reliable and energetic individual who can tackle a snafu with quick thinking and a positive attitude. Are you a great communicator via text, email, phone and in person? We would love to hear from you.
If you enjoy staying in Airbnbs and vacation rentals or even have your own Airbnb, this could be a great position for you. Hours 9-5pm, Sunday - Thursday, 32 hours per week, 40 hours may be available in the future if desired
Must be able to work independently and a self starter

Communication with the entire team on a daily basis
You may be asked to visit vacation rental homes to do inspections depending on the season and our needs.

Are computer comfortable and willing to learn You will be using our software program for making reservations. You will need to have your own smart cell phone to be successful in this position.
Enjoy working independently You will often be independent. You will communicate directly with the manager and other employees in person, via phone, text and computer.
Are able to triage and prioritize your daily tasks independently. Every day is a little bit different!
Must have a reliable personal vehicle
