Lewis Kirkeby Hall Property Management is seeking a full time maintenance person for our Lead and Newell properties. Successful applicant must be a self-starter, follow directions well, be personable with our residents. Applicant must have own tools and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, texture and painting are essential in this position. We are seeking a candidate that works quickly and efficiently. Problem solving skills are a must. If you are highly motivated and have the skill set we are requesting and looking for a job where you work independently, we are a match!
