Delivery & Draught Beer Technician (New Braunfels)

Review Delivery Schedule, prepare invoices, prepare items necessary to complete tasks involved with delivering beer and cleaning beer lines and faucets. Knowledge to set up a new CO2 line, beer line and coupler. Load up kegs or packaged beers, secure product well so nothing rolls or moves during transport. Pick up empty kegs for return to brewery. Document in book any unusual circumstances that may affect future deliveries. Collect payment, document invoices (keg serial numbers, tap handles, couplers) delivered or returned,appropriately. Return invoices and payment. Strength enough to lift a full keg on to the dolle and may need to stack the kegs, and a good driving record are a must. Experience cleaning direct draw and long beer lines with FOB device, use of PBW. Patience and courtesy displayed at all business and representing Guadalupe Brewing Company in a positive manner. Excellent driving record & dependable transportation to work. Locations serviced New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin, San Marcos, Laredo, Houston. Air-conditioned GMC Van delivery.

When not delivering perform other duties necessary for the maintenance of the grounds and brewery. Responsible for cleaning beer lines and documenting inventory used in brewery taprooms. When needed Mill grain and help package beer. Clean kegs. Clean walk in coolers. This is a small business, we all do whatever is necessary to move the brewery in a positive direction. Weekends off, possibility of working 4 x 10 hour days/week, 3 days PTO after 6 months, 1 week PTO after a year, paid holidays.
