Our client is a large energy corporation with offices across the United States and is seeking a Solutions Center Representative in their Utah office. The Solutions Center Representative will provide resolution to customer inquiries on issues with orders and/or provide technical assistance on product. This person needs to be organized, professional, energetic, and enjoy their work. Must be able to work quickly, be task & detail oriented, able to meet deadlines, and work with little to no supervision. Essential Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries regarding orders
Handle and resolves customer complaints
Provide technical assistance on product
Ability to close consumer sales
Research required information using accessible resources
Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints and actions taken
Initiate product replacement, tracking with delivery services and customer follow up
Answer phone calls and emails professionally
Other duties as assigned
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience:
Previous customer service experience
Previous experience working in a sales support environment
Previous experience working with utilities or sustainability
Skills/Knowledge:
Outstanding customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
Ability to communicate information clearly
Ability to handle questions and disputes in a professional manner
Organized and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite - advanced Word, Excel, and Outlook skills preferred

Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
