Account Manager/Production Assistant (Moxee)

Serves customers by providing product and service information; acts as a liaison between customers and companies, assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, cancelations, and other queries; and resolves product and service problems. Assist and support Manufacturing Supervisor with administrative duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Serves as a point of contact for customers with queries about purchase orders, schedules, deliveries and provides support for Manufacturing Supervisors.

Answer customer inquiries regarding products and service questions in a timely manner.

Maintain customer Kanban programs.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Identify and resolve operational and services related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist Manufacturing Supervisors with shop schedule, order status and shipment register.

Review job list and track jobs to ensure on time delivery.

Prepare and send out customer reports daily.

Provide customers with order status and updates to delivery schedule.

Prepare customer First Article documentation.

Handle day to day administrative tasks as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking skills.

Excellent computer skills including Windows, Excel, Word and ability to learn internal systems.

Ability to work effectively with others.

Ability to work with reasonable deadlines.

Ability to work at a fast-pace and learn products, systems and processes.
