If your passion is working in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment then joining our team as a Product Stacker at our Mosinee, WI plant is the right job for you. Daily you will be expected to safely and successfully stack rubber mulch bags onto pallets while adhering to company packaging and pallet standards.
Our Mosinee, WI plant consists of one production line that colors and bags two different types of recycled rubber mulch in a variety of colors. Our rubber mulch products are used in playgrounds as a safety surface and in landscapes as an alternative to wood mulch.
Successfully and accurately stack bags on pallets adhering to product stacking patterns, layer counts per pallet and total bag counts per pallet.
Ensure all finished product and pallets comply with company packaging and pallet standards.
Successfully and accurately labels all finished production pallets according to company and customer specifications.
Ensures that the correct pallets and slip sheets are used for each product according to company and customer specifications.
Attaches correct labels and/or tags to product when needed.
Complies with all operating procedures and guidelines.
Notifies Shift Lead or Plant Manager of any issues or problems.
Performs all required cleaning and maintains a clean, safe working environment.
Participates in training, retraining and continual improvement processes and methods.
Follows and complies with all company safety standards, work rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED, required.
1-2 years’ experience working in an industrial operations environment, preferred.
Familiarity with how a semi-automated palletizer operates and possesses the ability to help identify any general operating issues or problems, preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions, safety rules, operating instructions and standard operating procedures.
Proven ability of maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Must be able to effectively communicate one-on-one and in small group situations.
Successfully operate a variety of hand tools.
Strong willingness to work hard, reliable, attentive and attention to detail.
Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time.
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs., required.
