J&J Property Pros - Landscaping Team Position

We are looking for a skilled or willing to learn individual with a positive, upbeat attitude. You must be able to uphold our standard of excellence and be willing to work well with team members as our business is expanding. Looking for a go-getter attitude with attention to detail. We always want to promote from our ranks if you’re willing to take on more responsibilities.

J&J Property Pros specializes in fine gardening, property maintenance, installs, and lawn care. You must be detail oriented with both clients and team members. We maintain flexibility in schedules for certain projects, but hours may vary week-to-week according to the number of clients on the schedule.

Being family oriented, we also want you to be able to spend time with your family as well. It’s a 4 to 5 day work week and weekends are off.

Responsibilities include:

● Show up to work on time. Meet at locations and be ready to work with team members or take direction from your crew leader

● Excellent customer service

● Be willing and open to learn our landscaping methods

● Maintain equipment in good condition

● Ability to be flexible yet structured and methodical.

● Team Player during all tasks

Skills:

● Landscaping experience preferred, but not necessary

● Reliable and ready to work

● Ability to work independently or with team members while remaining motivated regardless of who you’re working with or not

● Helpful with customer service and client interaction

● Prioritization and time management skills

● Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

● Knowledge of English language

Applicant Qualifications:

● How many years (if any) of landscaping experience do you have?

● Please list 2-3 dates and time ranges that you could do an interview

● For this job, are you able to commute to the Stanfordville, NY area?

● Must be willing to complete a W-2 and be on payroll

● Must have vehicle/reliable transportation/drivers license

Additional Job Details

● Typical day starts: 8:30-9AM

● Typical day ends: 3:30-5PM

● Frequency needed: Mon-Fri

● Starting Rate: $20per hour (will vary depending on skills shown)

● Setting: Maintaining estates and Residential Homes

● Room for growth and more responsibility
