HIRING PROBATE / ESTATE PLANNING ATTORNEY

Baxter Harder, LLC is a cutting edge and rapidly growing law firm located in beautiful Bend, OR. We are currently looking to hire a Probate and Estate Planning Attorney with at least two or more years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in Wills, Trusts, Probate, Guardianships, Conservatorships, and some tax planning. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, self-motivated person with a desire to either gain or build upon their prior law practice experience while working in a collegial and fun-filled environment. Most importantly, the ideal candidate for this position is also a fun, outgoing, dynamic team player, who is organized, professional, responsible, able to adapt quickly in our fast-paced environment, able to meet tight deadlines, and motivated to help others.

We prefer candidates with prior law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills. Only active members of the Oregon State Bar, still in good standing, will be considered. All replies are confidential. Compensation is DOE. The start date would begin once a qualified candidate is found, and proper notice is given.
