LOOKING FOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYS

Baxter Harder, LLC is a cutting edge and rapidly growing law firm located in beautiful Bend, OR. We are currently looking to hire several associate attorneys with 0 to 5 years experience in family/civil law. The ideal candidates will have some prior family/civil litigation experience, with a broad based employment background and a working understanding of state laws and regulations. We are, however, willing to train. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, self-motivated person with a desire to build upon their prior law practice experience while working in a collegial and fun-filled environment. Most importantly, the ideal candidate for this position is also a dynamic team player, organized, professional and able to adapt quickly in our fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have great academic credentials, writing skills and references. We prefer candidates with prior law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills. Only active members of the Oregon State Bar in good standing will be considered. All replies are confidential. Compensation is DOE. The start date would begin once a qualified candidate is found and proper notice is given.
