Remote-based Role; MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN TEXASSales Operations SpecialistClearScale is currently seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for our North American operations. This individual contributor role will work across sales, finance, and other go-to-market teams within the ClearScale organization to ensure proper and timely order management as well as establishing long-term processes and tools. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to work within a leading cloud consulting partner.Role and Responsibilities:

Owns the Salesforce.com administrator role. Monitor sales organizations compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Implements and enables sales technology stack. Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization

Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization?s planning efforts

Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed

Maintain data integrity within Salesforce (i.e. updating ownership, managing duplicates, missing data, etc.)

Provide support in processing orders from customers through the system while validating the order

Work to improve sales operations processes, including quoting, order processing, documentation

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration

1+ years of experience in Sales Operations

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills

Excellent analytical and computer skills (G-Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Bachelor?s degree required
