To realize this strategy, Chase has opened a search for the position of Business Analysis Manager within the Virtual Banking organization for Consumer Bank.The Business Analysis Manager for Virtual Banking will drive and oversee initiatives focused on developing and executing strategies to successfully target and engage customers. This role will ensure coordination across the Virtual Banking organization and with One Chase partners. Projects may include reporting design and development, process/operational improvements, product enhancements, technology changes, control enhancements, etc. Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity, given the rapid pace of change and various constituencies supported, is required.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage programs and processes that are driven by controls, regulatory and/or internal requirements

Provide best in class leadership: personal coaching and meaningful leadership for your direct reports through the course of standard and specialized business routines and practices

Identify and define key risks associated to your owned processes and offer solutions that can sufficiently monitor and evidence our sustainability of managing the risk

Manage extremely ambiguous challenges through creating processes or actions that are repeatable, effective, and efficient

Deliver a product or service based on abstract goals and visions that drive various business needs

Manage various service level agreements (SLA) and time commitments in avoidance of a growing risk exposure

Create a strong environment of developed partnerships utilizing ongoing and ad-hoc meetings and interactions to create an intentional engagement model that supports your team and business functions

Execute executive level presentations and business reviews to ensure there is communication between various partnerships, dependencies and senior leaders

Must be able to perform duties with low supervision

QualificationsCollege Degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience

7+ years of experience in managing consumer driven financial industry processes or functions with some direct ownership and responsibilities

Experience in leading a team of direct reports utilizing meaningful communication and influential practices

Alignment with consumer bank - strategy to move the VB organization forward - Position for long-term, sustained growth

Partnerships to approve and implement new processes

Developing procedures or reporting to support

Controls are aligned

Strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set expectations, manage to timelines and deliver results

Ability to breakdown ambiguity and deliver solutions that addresses the root-cause of occurring pain points - not just the symptoms (see the forest for the trees)

Experience driving and resolving issues and managing risk to meet overall goals and objectives

Comfortable speaking and presenting to senior management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional problem-solving skills: ability to identify key issues, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses, develop actionable recommendations and present analyses, conclusions and recommendations in a concise and cogent manner

Ability to develop strong client and working relationships with the team
