Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
Answers all calls and direct callers to the appropriate staff
Maintains security and telecommunications system
Directs callers by maintaining employee and department directories
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook
Operates telecommunication (Ring Central) system by following manufacturer’s instructions
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Workdays, hours and compensation:
Monday – Friday 11am-6pm
