Our client is a growing company in the medical device industry and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join their team. The Customer Service Representative must communicate with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services to handle and resolve complaints. Excellent communication, previous call center experience, data entry skills are essential for this role!
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Manage escalated inbound and outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Interact with multiple customers daily, processing orders, addressing concerns, answering questions and assisting with any overall needs
Ensure that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
2-3 yrs experience in an unscripted call center role
Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
Easily able to understand customer challenges and navigate to a resolution
Ability to handle escalated calls and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic Microsoft Office skills- Word, Excel, Outlook
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
