We are a new, innovative start-up dental office that focuses on total body wellness. Our owner is a pediatric dentist by trade, but this new office uses no dental handpieces or "drills" and the last thing on our list of things to check out are the teeth! We specialize in airway-focused dentistry. In other words, we examine the body's posture and the habits that drive our eating, speaking, sleeping, and breathing. After looking at all of those factors, then we look at how the muscles of the face/jaws/teeth play a role in the process. We work closely with Lactation Consultants, Myofunctional Therapists, and Physical Therapists in creating treatment plans that will achieve long-lasting results, not temporary solutions. Since we are cutting edge in our approach, we are looking for someone willing to fully immerse himself or herself in this new space and learn all about a new field in medicine and dentistry.

We are looking for an open-minded, compassionate, personable, highly motivated leader who is a fan of lifelong learning to help with the consultative sales process within our company. The first patient phone call is very important to us and we want someone who knows how to roll out the red carpet and offer white glove service each and every time for every customer that calls our office.

Our future team member MUST have a strong background in sales with multiple years of experience in sales or consultative sales. If you have experience with value sales presentations and have the capacity to naturally establish immediate rapport and trust quickly, then we are looking for you! We are also looking for strong active listening skills and an ability to handle objections. The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and know how to prioritize your workload under strict deadlines will be a game changer. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently in an ever-changing environment.
