Out-of-State Attorney Seeking Local Attorney for TCPA Case (Nevada)

My firm is looking for local counsel to file a TCPA case (Telephone Consumer Protection Act cases) in the Nevada Disrict Court (Federal Court). We are looking to pay an hourly rate of $150 per hour for local counsel. We will be the named lead lawyers and handle the day-to-day activity in the case but need local counsel to file the initial complaint, stay abreast of the case, and to appear at status conference hearings if necessary but which may happen only once or twice in this case at most. We mostly need you to review the complaint, file it, and approve our pro hac vice motion so we can get into the case and take care of the day-to-day litigation in the case.

You must be licensed in the Nevada District Court (Federal court) and are familiar with the federal courts and the local rules.
