Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor 40 hours a week

Brentwood Gardens Apartments, is a HUD Base senior community for the elder and or disability community. We have 122 units, and we are managed by Monarch Properties INC.

Job Requirements: Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor Employee 40 hours a week. Hourly rate $17.00

Maintenance Supervisor must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Maintenance Supervisor must have basic hand tools. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationship.

MUST HAVE TOOLS AND BE AVAILABLE TO START RIGHT AWAY

1. Plumbing: includes the MINOR repair, replacement or installation of faucets, pipes, toilets, garbage disposals.

2. Drywall repair: Patching, taping, and match texturing, from wear and tear and wall damage.

3. Painting: includes touch-ups, full paint and ceiling too.

4. Grounds/Cleaning Laundry Room/Community Room: includes maintaining a tidy appearance of the community, such as picking up grounds around the exterior/interior of the property, leasing office, and clubhouses. Sweeping, mopping, wiping down areas, cleaning windows, and throwing trash. Exterior sweeping sidewalks of debris, picking up leaves or pine needles, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning gutters, and pulling weeds.

5. Customer service: includes professional, prompt, and courteous correspondence with renters when scheduling and providing maintenance services, and with contracted vendors that provide additional facility services.

6. Lead by example, and communication with other maintenance technicians, and vendors.

7. Required to be On-Call.
