Automotive Service Writer for a 5 star rated repair shop (Tacoma)

Full Throttle Auto Service is looking for an experienced Service Writer. We need someone who is looking to be a part of a Fun and growing Team.

Are you great on the phone? Do people love you? Are you comfortable doing multiple jobs including, parts ordering, preparing quotes and talking with customers, scheduling both customers and repairs and keeping the flow of both parts and repairs on target. Ideal candidate would be very organized, uplifting, calm, cool and collected. We need our rock, someone we can count on and someone who makes the team better and represents our 5 star rated sales and service departments as we the owners would do. If you believe you have what it takes to be a part of our awesome team. Then, you will need to prove your skills, before we do a phone interview so we can see how you talk with customers over the phone. We need you to research our company and send us your resume with a cover letter explaining why you believe you are the best fit for our company. No cover letter = No phone interview.
