Complete Nursing assessment as required.less than/li>less thanli>Participate in shift report.less than/li>less thanli>Implement established nursing policy and procedures, educating support staff regarding care needs of residents.less than/li>less thanli>Maintain a safe working environment, complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.less than/li>less thanli>Respond to need for staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff.less than/li>less than/ul>less thanbr>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:less thanul>less thanli>May require frequent extended work days of up to 12 hours.less than/li>less thanli>Sitting: 1 - 2 hours per 8 hour work shift.
