Cook Wanted at Coppa (Temporary) (downtown Juneau)

Coppa is looking for a prep/line cook for two months starting in mid-July and ending in mid-September for 30 hrs/week. Duties include soup, salad, and panini prep, as well as working the line during the lunch hour. Previous commercial kitchen experience and attention to detail required.
