Immigration Office Solutions operates as an alternate business structure authorized by the State of Utah Supreme Court. We are authorized to employ immigration attorneys who will provide professional immigration legal services to consumers in all 50 states. This allows us to leverage our marketing and technology expertise to benefit consumers of legal immigration services.

This position’s focus on immigration means you will practice in an exciting and challenging environment with people who are passionate about immigration. Working in a team-oriented environment, you will benefit from our efficiency and expertise.

You will work within our easy to use state of the art client management and case preparation system to prepare petitions for filing with USCIS and DOL.

Requirements:

J.D.

0-3 years of experience preparing immigration petitions

Licensed in Utah

Job Type: Part Time leading to Full Time

Strong oral and written communication skills, discretion, and sound judgment

RFE Response, PERM, H-1B experience a plus

Ability to contribute to positive work environment

License/Certification:

Utah Bar (Required)
