Full time shipping dept (4-day) approx. 30 hr/week (Asheville, NC.)

Seeking a full time operations (packing & shipping) dept person for our 16,000 sq. ft. personal care manufacturing facility in Asheville, NC. Flexible work hours available. Our full time hours are Monday-Thursday 10am to 6:00PM ish. We are a manufacturer of organic personal care products in the Asheville, NC area 5 minute drive from downtown. Most important traits we're looking for are abilities to peacefully and joyfully work with co-workers. Sel f- motivated and independent work efficiency. Able to break down large projects into pieces managed within daily time frame. Focused, detail oriented and a strong follow-through. Able to identify what needs to be done and do it to completion with minor supervision.

MAIN DUTIES:

Microsoft Excel computer data entry of inventory. Manage incoming and outgoing bottles, jars and caps.

Will be trained to operate batch dating, cap induction and shrink wrap machines.

Packing and shipping including producing shipping labels.

ALL STAFF PERFORM THE FOLLOWING IF DEDICATED WORKER NOT AVAILABLE:

Facilitates clean utensil supply throughout day collects dirty utensils, washes, dries, sterilize, and returns utensils to proper place.

Take out trash and recycling.

Cleans bathrooms and kitchen.

Sweeps floors.

Vacuum and mop as needed.

Refills paper towels and tape on all table stations.

Empties any returned product according to instruction.

Dusts shelves and surfaces as needed.
