Our growing client in the construction technology space is focused on building a better Louisiana by helping contractors perform more accurately and profitably. They are revolutionizing how construction gets done through innovative positioning and measurement technology solutions.
The client is searching for a motivated individual to target certain markets in UAV and software sales. This exciting opportunity is in the booming drone market and within a rapidly growing team.
Preference given to candidates with the following:
- Sales experience in the agriculture industry, public / governmental sector, or other industries with a proven track record of direct selling.
- Hunter mentality with direct sales experience
- Tech-savviness and ambitious attitude is a must in this position
- Results-driven and experienced with consultative selling techniques
- UAV experience
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Disciplined and focused to effectively cover and grow territory
- Comfortable selling to all levels of management as well as field personnel
- Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer skills with knowledge of MS Word & Excel
Requirements: 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
Successful candidates will:
- Develop a deep understanding of your customer's business, workflows, and pain points
- Able to strategically win accounts as well as continue to grow or expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain relationships, and identify new opportunities in areas of growth to expand market share across industries
- Standout colleague that helps support teammates
- Focus on a consultative sales process to ensure the right fit and long-term customer success
- Strong in prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing accounts
- Engage cross-functional teams to maximize success
- Ability to provide effective demonstrations
- Responsible for forecasting and tracking activity in CRM, keeping management informed in a timely fashion, and identifying new opportunities in existing and net new accounts.
