Handyman (Wilmington)

Property management firm seeks handyman to perform work-orders in garden-style Wilmington apartment buildings. Pay is bi-weekly. Job is M-F, 40 hours/week.

Candidate should possess these traits:

Ability to work independently

Relevant experience

Punctual

Professional appearance, positive attitude & team player

Ability to troubleshoot and make good decisions

Driver’s license, auto insurance & a vehicle

Willing to undergo background check

Common repairs include:

Basic bathroom and kitchen plumbing

Change locks

Paint, spackle, drywall repairs

Install cabinets

Clean carpets

General apartment maintenance
