A busy litigation Firm is currently accepting applications for a remote part-time paralegal position. This position includes all aspects of case management from the initial pleading through trial.

Applicants must have prior litigation experience, accurately calendar and monitor deadlines and litigation events, draft pleadings, discovery and correspondence, e-file in state and federal courts, and work with and retain experts.

Strong employment history and professional references are required.
