If you thrive in a fast-paced environment centered around Trust, a Bias for Action with an Entrepreneurial spirit, this role is for you!The Position This position will oversee and lead the Global Supply Chain management function for a fast-growing company of $300M+ annualized revenue with 8 global manufacturing locations. This position will develop the strategy and execution plans to drive maximum value for the entire supply chain. This position owns the development and execution of supply chain strategy and solutions. The primary duties and responsibilities also include providing leadership and guidance on process and systems to ensure the timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders to attain maximum sales potential. Additionally, this position serves on the Global Operations Leadership Team and provides valuable input and direction to drive maximum value for our entire operational functions including logistics, planning, network optimization, and procurement. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a successful diverse global supply chain operations, planning, procurement, and continuous improvement background. This person will need to have both strong analytical and communication skills with a desire to work for a fast-paced organization. In addition to exceptional and inspirational leadership, the successful candidate must have a "roll-up your sleeves" bias for action attitude. The responsibilities include:

Oversee and lead the global supply chain function which include logistics, transportation, and warehousing.

Work with Operations and commercial managers to ensure service and inventory plans and execution are consistent with business financial and cost goals.

Provide support to internal manufacturing operations and to other global functions including Planning, Network Optimization, Continuous Improvement, and Procurement.

Support inventory optimization efforts and procurement strategies to ensure best in class cash conversion cycle attainment. Development of supporting inventory, volume, service and space requirements

Identify and implement new or “best practices” designed to drive a world class supply chain.

Lead multiple departments, both direct and indirect, including Raw Material, Transportation, Logistics, Warehousing. Ensure goals are aligned with Operations. Supply Chain and inventory strategies and objectives are measured with relevant key performance metrics across all locations (including financial, production, service, etc.).

Interact with leadership and operational teams in multiple factories globally.

Develop, improve, and implement new tools, methodologies, processes, and reports to turn data into usable information.

Travel up to 30% including both domestic and international locations

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Finance, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.Qualifications / Relevant Work Experience

At least 8 years of supply chain and continuous improvement leadership experience to include operations strategy development, manufacturing, planning, inventory optimization, logistics, warehouse management and procurement

5 + years of experience in a leadership role with demonstrated success in growing and developing a team

Leadership experience in a high-volume, multi-site, and multi process manufacturing organization

Strong professional knowledge in all aspects of supply chain and continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma, logistics, demand planning, inventory optimization, SIOP, production planning, transportation, warehousing, order processing and customer collaboration)

Must have detailed understanding of MRP, fulfillment / buying, demand planning/management and forecasting.

Strong management skills in dealing with internal and external customers

Ability to sell and convey new business ideas and concepts
