Our foundational success is based on the ability to operate efficiently, attract, retain, develop HR team members, strengthen controls, and scale technology infrastructure.The HR Technology Enablement team is hiring a Senior Data Product Manager who will prioritize and oversee the delivery of transformational projects and technology solutions, in alignment with HR Technology Enablement standards and best practices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, proven leader with strong collaboration, communication, project and problem solving skills. The candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (business partners, CoEs, HR, Legal, Technology, and Risk) and possess strong interpersonal skills.This role will collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to develop, communicate, and deliver the product’s vision to different audiences; including agile teams, internal and external stakeholders, end users, and senior leaders.Key Responsibilities Include:

Define and document product scope, vision, roadmap and strategic plan.

Manage the definition and delivery of HR Data product suite (priorities, backlog, portfolio, communication).

Establish goals and provide the direction required to design, develop, and deliver technology solutions and supporting processes.

Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum team, and project managers to ensure success against stated objectives, ensuring the team is building the right solutions for the end users and team members.

Leads HR Data requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry knowledge to identify actual value to team members and the end users.

Manages the processes and routines needed to ensure that the product delivers value; adjusting planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks.

Inspects pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met.

Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents. Develops/monitors key performance indicators, identifies improvement opportunities, and ensures all regulatory and policy compliance.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery or agile product owner

Desired Qualifications:

8+ years of experience leading enterprise wide projects

5+ years of data management experience

Ability to deliver, evaluate, or test large technology efforts

Knowledge and understanding of data warehouse application design and development

Agile Certification

Ability to develop and integrate data driven and analytical decision making for product and service operational activities

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
