Responsibilities include phone and email interaction with both customers and suppliers, invoicing, maintaining paper files and computer databases for multiple projects and clients simultaneously, and registering equipment / applying for rebates. Someone that has worked for an HVAC company or different construction trade is a plus.
Computer skills, including fluency in Microsoft office, comfort with database management, and managing log-ins and interfaces for a variety of manufacturers’ websites is essential.
Our ideal candidate would have excellent analytical skills and mathematical aptitude, as the position will include the opportunity to play a role in the strategic development and implementation of our upgraded systems.
