We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing office support to managers and employees using a variety of general administrative skills. We are ideally looking for an individual with 1+ years of experience in an office who has learned how to maintain a smooth-running environment capable of providing the necessary information to all who ask.
Duties Include:
Answering phones
Greeting clients and visitors
Inputting data into a variety of databases and reports
Maintaining file system
Qualifications:
HS Diploma and additional business education courses
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
MS Office and Excel and other office equipment.
Strong keyboarding skills
