Remodel techs

I need skilled people versed in framing,sheetrock, trim, paint and so on. You must have you own tools period. Your own vehicle and a phone that doesn't get turned off. You cannot clock in without it. Your transportation needs to be your own and you not being dropped off. There are several times we change jobs mid day. Your pay will be decided upon experience and tools. I need real workers not hands that have been around it for awhile. There is nothing above your pay grade if you have to sweep grab a broom if you have to dig a hole grab a shovel. I have a lot of work and always do. I need a few guys to join the team and help out. No drugs allowed and if you come to work hungover or smelling like a brewery your fired on the spot so don't even show up. No smoking on job site. You can smoke away from the house. No bs around here. We work hard and have fun. Pay period is Friday to Thursday paid every Friday 1099 comp card may be required on some projects but very seldom.
