ABOUT US:
We are an established family owned and operated automotive repair facility operating in the Stevens Point area for over 30 years. With certified ASE technicians our goal is to provide our customers with a complete solution to their automotive needs by offering professional and courteous service and reasonable pricing while working within their budget. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a schedule of repair orders with a high level of customer service
Contact our customers in a timely manner regarding vehicle repair status
Develop estimates and order parts in a timely manner to ensure technician productivity
Manage a team of technicians
Communicate future maintenance needs to customers and document recommendations for future
repairs
Perform follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuous improvement and development through company approved training
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Outstanding communication and sales skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great attitude with a high energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Automotive repair experience preferred
Valid driver's license
