Apartment maintenance supervisor

Looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Tech for a 56 unit apartment complex in Baton Rouge.

Must be able to do basic plumbing, electrical, make readies, answer service calls, replace appliances and fixtures, and any task that comes up that needs attention.

Must be motivated and able to work without direct supervision.

Also willing to hire on a contract basis per job (example: if a vacant apartment needs work to make it move in ready, you give me a price and complete the work on your schedule)
