Qualifications

What you will do:

As an A/C Maintenance Technician, you will respond to service calls for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner; and, you will prepare vacant apartments for new residents to move in.

What you need to be successful:

Qualified A/C Maintenance Technicians will be EPA certified (we can test and certify you if needed) and will have tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license; and, will also be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Qualified candidates will also have experience with repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance matters.
