Lead Carpenter / Supervisor (Branson West)

Lifetime Builders, LLC is looking for a lead carpenter / supervisor. We are a fast growing company with roots deep in the Stone and Taney county areas. Our employees are provided with company uniforms, phone stipends and receive regular bonuses for quality work done right.

Responsibilities and Duties;

Assigning and explaining tasks to the project team.

Communicating with clients in order to determine the time frames within which projects should be completed.

Calculating the amount of labor, time, and materials needed for each project.

Creating and adjusting project schedules accordingly.

Ordering all construction materials needed for projects.

Supervising the company's field carpenters, unskilled and semi-skilled workers, and subcontractors.

Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.

Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team.

Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day.

Meet construction budget by identifying variances, and monitoring project expenses.

Meet operational standards by resolving problems, contributing information to strategic plans, and identifying improvements.

Maintain healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards and complying with legal regulations.

Prevent interruptions and fines by enforcing and fulfilling codes

Qualifications and Skills;

Minimum 5 years in the construction industry with some leadership experience.

Proven experience in residential/commercial remodeling and construction.

The ability to safely operate power tools.

The ability to read blueprints.

A strong knowledge of business operations, general construction as well as current code regulations.

Employee safety and management.

Strong leadership skills.

Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work.

Valid driver's license

Pay starting at $23.00/ hour. Most of our work is done in the Stone, Christian, Green and Taney county and Boone county in Arkansas. Some travel to surrounding counties is required. We have a lot of fun doing what we do and enjoy our trade. Hand tools and transportation are required.
