Tradesman/Remodeler (Alamogordo, NM)

Looking for an experienced tradesman/remodeler for growing real estate company in Alamogordo, NM.

Must be multi-skilled in general manufactured home improvement, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, drywall, carpentry, decks, texture/painting, and more.

Note: These are long-term (5 years+) career opportunities, and should be approached as such. We are seeking a tradesman that is an excellent fit not only with the requisite skill set, but also that has a pride of workmanship and a very high level of integrity.

Requirements:

- Have reliable transportation, with truck and/or trailer preferable

- Currently own or willing to acquire necessary tools at your own expense

Candidates should have experience with most of the following:

Drywall repair (tape, bed, float)

Interior texture and painting

Exterior painting

Light plumbing (kitchen sinks, bathroom fixture replacement, basic plumbing knowledge)

Light electrical (switches, outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, basic electrical knowledge)

Basic carpentry (fix cabinets and drawers, doorjamb replacement)

Window replacement

Flooring (subfloor prep, laminate/vinyl/tile flooring installation)

Exterior work (build steps, decks, railings, vinyl and masonite siding repair/replacement)

Starting pay is $10.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience.

Will need to pass background check.
