FARM MECHANIC WANTED

Easton Sod Farms is seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced farm mechanic responsible for performing daily tasks such as maintaining diesel trucks, tractors, sod cutting machines, forklifts, and implements.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Performs routine maintenance, repairs and inspections on farm trucks and vehicles
Performs routine maintenance, repairs and inspections on farm and sod production equipment
Keep records of task performed
Keep shop and work areas organized; keep up parts inventories
Communicating effectively with farm managers and co-workers
General Knowledge of complex power equipment such as farm type tractors with attached bat-wing mowers, front end loaders, various types of trucks and trailers, weed eaters, chainsaws and other grounds maintenance/farm equipment
Experience/Education: FARM EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Must be organized, hardworking and reliable, self-motivated, willingness to get the job done and work independently.
