Hiring - Maintenance Technician (Leavenworth, WA)

We are a local vacation rental management company looking for an experienced and attentive maintenance technician who will ensure the homes we manage stay cared for to the highest standards. A cross between route maintenance, as - needed repairs, seasonal maintenance and some office admin work are all included in this position.

Duties include:

Monitoring each property and recommending maintenance and repairs

Performing minor interior residential repairs as the needs arise between guests

Performing some minor exterior maintenance and yard work

Meeting vendors onsite for access or to set expectation of repair outcome

Regular scheduled maintenance

Follow up on work orders and time tracking via office hours and use of web based tracking software

Requirements and expectations:

30 - 40 hours per week

Basic home repair skills and basic knowledge of residential systems

Performance of some exterior maintenance.

Use of vehicle: negotiable in hourly rate.

Ownership of basic tools required.

Ability to use/learn web based organizational software such as VRS, Excel, and other property management tools

9 AM to 5 PM, with possibility to be on-call
