We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. Corcon is a family oriented company that has been in business since 1987 and believes in providing excellence through service.
Responsibilities:
Requests insurances from Sub contractors as buyouts are completed from Project manager
Contacts Client / Owner vendors to obtain insurances.
Handle all correspondence for Project Manager
Forwards Sub contractors work scopes, and proposals to Accounting to create Purchase orders and Contracts.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Contacts Client / Owner vendors to obtain insurances
Assists / Coordinates with Project Kick off, including permit pick-up, pre-com meeting requirements, (checks, insurances, etc.). Getting Gang box, OSHA requirements, etc. to the site.
Coordinates deliveries of materials with the field
Weekly reviews of Supers log books and Site photographs. Prepares weekly report for Client which includes: Photographs, meeting minutes, submittal log, RFI log, Change request log, and any other specific requirements of the client
Confirms receipt of all Sub contractors paperwork before sub is allowed on site.
Qualifications:
1 Year of previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager
Strong leadership qualities
Familiarity with construction management software
Deadline and detail-oriented
