Looking for Skilled Carpenter (Fairbanks)

We’re looking for a full-time carpenter to add to our team! You’re the right person for the job if you:

- Have at least 10 years of experience in general carpentry and 5 years of experience in finish carpentry

- Are looking for year-round employment with competitive wages

- Install products and perform work as efficiently as possible, organize your work, and communicate effectively with customers and staff

- Provide leadership for crews; train crew in safety issues, installation practices, and paperwork; correct and instruct crew as necessary to maintain efficiency and quality

- Ensure that all equipment is kept safe, clean, and operational (tools, trucks, machines, safety equipment, etc…)

- Value consistency - in your work, in your relationships with customers, and your coworkers.

Rate of pay: $25+ Depending on experience. Also offering matching contributions to a Simple retirement plan and paid time off after probationary period.
