Roof installer/labor , Carpenter frame to finish, Cement Labor (Putnam)

There is some rot and replacement, shoring up, sheathing, beam work. I can provide a couple days, couple weeks or 1 or 2 months work for motivated and capable worker(s) with truck. Be familiar with old farm house type work. Work full days. Have skills for height, landyard, safe and good work. Complete work. Creativity, patience is important when your reframe discover and fix type work.

Priority.

There is a 8 x 20 porch framed and ready for the roof beams, sheathing, flashing.

And above it is 12 sq that needs to be stripped, sheathed and shingled. One valley and two dormers.

Note: I can tear-off and install the other 15 sq. of roof that was already sheathed 20 years ago

this season or next year.

This work is in Putnam. I am retired from the restoration trade and working on my own property. Looking for a couple good helpers to get some things done before winter. Let me know what you can do.
